Paid High School Internship The SEE internship program offers a cross-disciplinary research experience for high school students, through which they learn the power of the scientific approach. Learn More Environmental Systems in the Outdoors Research Experience (ESORE) ESORE is a 6-week program developed by SEE for high school students to get outside, connect with current environmental science, and meet professionals in the environmental field. The experience involved 50 virtual high school students in 2022 and 12 in-person high school students in 2023 . Learn More Student Projects In 2021, we launched a Systems Thinkers in STEM Ambassadorship (STiSA). Between November 2021 and June 2022, we showcased 45 Ambassadors on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These students completed projects such as STiSA profiles, STEM professional interviews, and environmental projects/human health projects. This program and others continue!
